LOCATION OF SUBJECT LAND: The subject lands are located at 4833 Tufford Road North, in the Town of Lincoln. PURPOSE OF APPLICATION: To permit a reduced western side yard setback for an accessory structure of 10.6 metres whereas 13 metres is required in the Rural commercial (RUC-1el ionl; That Application PLVAR2O1go1s7 in the name of Angel's Gate winery LTD. BE APPROVED for the reasons that the Committee considered the written and oral comments and agrees with the minor variance report analysis and recommendation that the Committee of Adjustment Minutes Page2 af2 October 23,2018 variance is minor in nature, desirable for the appropriate development of the lands and maintains the purpose and intent of the Town's Official Plan and Zoning By-law
