That Council adjourn to closed session in order: a) to address personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (matters pertaining to vacancies on the Agencies, Boards and Committees). b) to address litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board (a matter before the Ontario Municipal Board).
