THAT the presentation by Mr. Mark Brickell, Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority regarding NPCA lnitiatives, be received for information.

THAT Council Business Planning (COW move to receive the presentation regarding the Economic Development Strategy, Employment Land Supply Analysis & Community lmprovement Plan presented by Sierra Planning & Management, and Global lnvestment Attraction Group.

THAT Council Business Planning (COW move to receive the presentation regarding the Town of Lincoln Museum and Cultural Centre for information; and THAT staff be directed to make the presentation public on the Town's website following the removal of any.information or personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees under the Municipal Act; and THAT Council approve the requested funding amount of $250,000 matched by its approved Capital Budget contribution of $2,000,000 towards the total proyect costs as outlined in the presentation; and THAT staff be directed to prepare and execute the Niagara Waterfront Investment Program WIP) grant application as outlined.
