THAT the minutes of the April 18, 2017, Regular Meeting of Council, be adopted as circulated.

THAT the minutes of the Council Business Planning (Committee of the Whole) meeting of April 19,2017, be adopted and the recommendations contained therein be approved and acted upon.

THAT the minutes of the Finance and Administration Committee meeting of April24, 2017, be adopted and the recommendation contained therein be approved and acted upon.

THAT Council has considered the requirements of Paragraph 17 of Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, and concludes that no further notice of public meeting is required in the matter of the following proposed amendments to Zoning By-law No. 93-14- 21: (a) No. 2017-35-2489, To amend Zoning By-law 93-14-21(Bril Management lnc.)

THAT leave be given to introduce the following by-laws: (a) No. 2017-33, To authorize a Fire Routes By-law. (b) No. 2017-34, To authorize a Fees and Charges By-law for 2017. (c) No. 2017-35-2489, To amend Zoning By-law 93-14-21(Bril Management lnc.) (d) No. 2017-36, To designate the property known as the Mountain Mennonite Cemetery, in CampÇen, as being a place of architectural, historical and/or contextual välue or lnterest.

THAT By-law Nos. 2017-33, 2017-34,2017-35-2489, 2017-36 read a first time, be now read a second and third time and finally passed, and that the Mayor and Clerk sign and sealthe said by-law.
