LOCATION OF SUBJECT LAND: The subject lands are located at 4132 Eleventh Street, being Louth Concession 2, Part Lot 1 1 , Registered Plan 30R151 15, Parts 2, 3 and 4, in the Town of Lincoln. PURPOSE OF APPLICATION: To permit the following variances from the Agricultural (A) and Environmental Conservation (EC, EC-3) Zones to construct a detached garage: Committee of Adjustment Minutes Page 2 of 4 November 26 2019 a To permit an accessory structure in the required front yard, whereas accessory structures are not permitted in the required front yard; a To permit a reduced front yard setback of 7 metres, whereas 15 metres is required; and To permit a reduced interior side yard setback of 1.5 metres, whereas 6 metres is required for an accessory structure over 60 square metres That application PLVAR2O190175 in the name of James & Amanda Bingham BE APPROVED for the reasons that the Committee considered the written and oral comments and agrees with the minor variance report analysis and recommendation that the variance is minor in nature, desirable for the appropriate development of the lands and maintains the purpose and intent of the Town's Official Plan and Zoning By-law.

LOCATION OF SUBJECT LAND: The subject lands are located at 5097-5099 King Street, being CP 3, Part Lot 23, in the Town of Lincoln Committee of Adjustment Minutes Page 4 of 4 November 26,2019 DECISION: To extend the time for compliance with the Order to January 2.2020. That the Property Standards Order, BY-3498 be modified to state "to clear the property of all or either structures which may be identified under Section 2 or Section 3" of Property Standards By-law 2016-27 .
