Planning Committee

For the reasons outlined in PL 17-11 it is hereby recommended that this report regarding Zoning By-law Amendment Application PL2B,A20170001 in the name of Ron Ticchiarelli be received for information.

The Planning Committee considered all of the written and oral submissions and agrees with the planning report analysis and recommendations and finds that, subject to the conditions of approval, Planning Committee Page 214 March 13,2017 this application meets the Planning Act criteria, is consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement and con'ìplies with the Growth Plan, the Niagara Region Official Plan and the Town Official Plan.

That the lnformation Update regarding Lincoln Square, Beamsville -TrafficlParking Study Recommendations be received as information.

That the 2017 Work Plan Presentation be received as information.

That the Active Transportation Advisory Committee Meeting Minutes of January 26,2017, be approved.

For the reasons outlined in PL 17-18, il is hereby recommended: 1. That Applications PLC|P20170032, in the name of Kyle Durksen forthe following grants be approved: (a) Development Charge Reduction Grant in the amount of $99,143.94; (b) Residential Grant in the amount of $58,185.00; and (c) Landscaping Grant in the amount of $10,000.00. 2. That By-laws be presented to Council for approval to authorize the execution of the following Agreements with Kyle Durksen: (a) Development Charge Reduction Grant Agreement; Planning Committee Page 414 March 13,2017 (b) Residential Grant Agreement; and (c) Landscaping Grant Agreement.
