For the reasons outlined in PL 17-56 it is hereby recommended: 1. That Report PL 17-56 regarding Zoning By-law Amendment Application No. PLZB 420 17 0 121 BE REC E IVED for i nform ati on ; and 2. That a recommendation report BE PREPARED once all comments have been received and issues have been addressed.

For the reasons outlined in PL 17-57, it is hereby recommended 1. That Report PL 17-57 regarding the Road Closure and Conveyance Application by 1650607 Ontario Ltd. BE RECEIVED for information; and Planning Committee September 11,2017 3 2. That a recommendation repoft BE PREPARED once all comments have been received and issues have been addressed and the review by the Town Solicitor has been completed.

For the reasons outlined in PL 17-58, it is hereby recommended: 1. That Report PL 17-58 regarding Draft Plan of Subdivision Application No, PLSUB2O170114 and Draft Plan of Common Element Condominium Application No. PLCC820170115 BE RECEIVED for information; and 2. That a recommendation report BE PREPARED once all comments have been received and issues have been addressed.

For the reasons outlined in PL 17-59 it is hereby recommended: 1. That the Zoning By-law Amendment Application No. PL28A20170110 in the name of Geert VanZanten BE APPROVED; and 2. That in order to ensure that the greenhouse parts warehouse and business use is clearly value added and does not become the principal use on the property, a provision BE INCLUDED in the site plan agreement requiring that the greenhouses be constructed prior to greenhouse parts warehouse and business being established.

For the reasons outlined in PL 17-60 it is hereby recommended: That Report PL 17-60, relating to allthe building permits being issued forAprilto June, 2017, BE RECEIVED as information.
