THAT the correspondence from Thorold Age-Friendly Committee, re: Age-Friendly Communities, be received for information

For th e reasons outlined inPL 17-24, it is hereby recomnìencled that the Heritage nd lmprovement G rant Program be approved and implemented as follows (a) Matching grant of 50% up to a maximum of $10,000.00 per property for esignated residential/agricultural propertigs. (b) Malching grant of 50% up to a maximum of $30,000.00 per property for esig nated commercial/ind ustrial properti es. '( c) Matching g rant up to a maximum of $750.00 per designatred property for a heritage design study

For the reasons outlined in PL 17-33, it is hereby recommencled that the request bv Paul and lrene Scott, dated January 19,2016, to remove the heritag,e designation from their property municipaily known as 5499 Philp,Road be refused.

THAT report AD 17-08 regarding the Consultant lntroductory Report on Heritage lnventory - Phase 1 be received for information.

THAT the Community Services lnformation Update be received as information.

THAT the Lincoln Public Library Board Minutes of the March 21, 2017, be received.

THAT the Canada 150 Committee minutes of March 30 and April 6, 2017,be received.
