LOCATION OF SUBJECT LAND: The subject lands are located at 5157 Meadowood Lane, being part Lot 18, Concession 2, in the Town of Lincoln. PURPOSE OF APPLIGATION: . To permit a 5.6 metre rear yard setback for a covered deck, whereas the required minimum rear yard setback is 7.5 metres; and . To permit a maximum lot coverage for all buildingsistructures of 43o/o, whereas the required maximum lot coverage is 40%.
