LOCATION OF SUBJECT LAND: The subject lands are located at 4292 Maple Grove Road, being Lot 8, Plan 160, in the Town of Lincoln. PURPOSE OF APPLICATION: To permit a maximum lot coverage of 25% for all structures, whereas 15% is required in the Agricultural (A) Zone; To permit a maximum lot coverage for an accessory structure of 117o, whereas 57o is required in the Agricultural (A) Zone; To permit a reduced interior side yard for an accessory structure of 3 metres, whereas 6 metres is required in the Agricultural (A) Zone; and To permit a reduced rear yard setback for an accessory structure ol 11.77 metres, whereas 15 metres is required in the Agricultural (A) Zone. That Application P1VAR20180047 in the name of Brad Rempel BE APPROVED for the reasons that the Committee considered the written and oral comments and agrees with the minor variance report analysis and recommendation that the variance is minor in nature, desirable for the appropriate development of the lands and maintains the purpose and intent of the Town's Official Plan and Zoning By-law.
