Receive report PD-12-20 regarding the application for heritage designation of the Grand White Oak Tree located on the southwest corner of Victoria Avenue and Greenlane in Vineland for information; and Direct Planning and Development Staff to proceed with the designation process for the Grand White Oak Tree as outlined in Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act.

Receive Report PD-13-20 on the proposed Amendment 1 to the Provincial A Place to Grow: Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe. Direct Staff to fonruard comment and advice, to the Region for submission to the Province; And Direct Staff to forward a copy of this report to the Niagara Region

That Report PD-14-20 with regards to the review of the Municipal Heritage Committee composition and voting status be received; and Committee of the Whole 6 July 13,2Q20 That Council approve the draft By-law to repeal and replace By-law 2019-50 attached as Appendix A, modifying the Heritage Committee composition, and voting status; and Direct the Town Clerk to advertise the member vacancy for the Municipal Heritage Committee.
