For the reasons outlined in PL 15-55 it is hereby recommended I That the letter of credit for Oak Lane Family Holdings lnc. be reduced to an amount not less than $48,888.12, in accordance with the terms of the development agreement. 2 Further that the Director of Finance be directed to process the reduction, provided the owner has no outstanding debts to the Town.

For the reasons outlined in PL 15-56 it is hereby recommended 1 That Zoning By-law Amendment Application PL28420150034 in the name of Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities Ltd. (Cherry Hill) BE APPROVED; 2. That an (H) Holding Provision be affixed to the Zoning of the lands; and J That the (H) Holding Provision not be removed until such time as the Town has approved the Site Plan.

Forthe reasons outlined in PL 15-58, it is hereby recommended thatthe report be received as information and that Staff continue to monitor the Community lmprovement Plan application activity.
