PURPOSE OF APPLICATION: o To permit a reduced frontage of 15.19 metres for an exterior lot whereas 18 metres is required. r To permit a reduced frontage of 13.5 metres for an interiror lot whereas 15 metres is required. o To recognize an exterior side yard setback of 0.8 metnes for the existing dwelling whereas 3 metres is required; and .
