THAT the request for assistance/proposal for small business support services from the Employment Help Centre be brought forward to the 2016 Budget Deliberations for consideration.

THAI'Report TR 15-40 regarding the Cloud Feasibility Assessment Report, be received as information; AND THAT the Cloud Feasibility Assessment Report, as prepared by IDS Systems be received and that the recommendations contained therein be brought forward to the 2016 Budget deliberations.

THAT Report TR 15-41 , regarding a request for an adjustment to the wastewater billing account from Niagara North Condominium Corporation No. 45,Pear Tree Court, Vineland, be received as information; AND THAT Council authorizes a one-time adjustment of the wastewater charge to Niagara North Condominium Corporation No. 45 in the amount of $15,783.00, to be funded from the Operating Rate Stabilization Fund.

THAT Report TR 15-42, the Financial Report as at August 31, 2015, be received as information.

THAT Report CS 15-25 regarding the rescheduling of the October 19,2015, regular Council meeting due to the Federal Election, be received as information; AND THAT the Council meeting be rescheduled to the 20th of October.

THAT Report CS 15-26 regarding a Property Standards By-law Update be received as information; AND THAT the draft by-law be circulated to the Town of Lincoln Municipal Heritage Committee and Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee for review and comment' AND THAT a formal public hearing be scheduled for early 2016 at a Finance and Administration Committee meeting.

THAT Committee adjourn to closed session in order to address a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of Iand by the municipality or local board (a matter peilaining to the Campden Fire Station).

THAT Committee resume in open session.
