AND THAT Council considers enacting the authorizing bylaw of the Vineland West Private Water System Supply and Monitoring Agreement as outlined in this report. 3 AND THAT the Agreement be finalized subject to: i) The Owners designating an Owner Designate. ii) Final review of the agreement by the Towns solicitor; and iii) lnstallation of the Towns water sampling station on Martin Road

AND THAT Council support participation with the Baker Road Wastewater Treatment Plant Sewershed Area Pollution Control Plan Study Update and authorize $50,000 for the Town's cost sharing portion to be funded from the Wastewater Reserve Fund.
