For the reasons outlined in PL 18-12 it is hereby recommended that this report regarding the draft Beamsville GO Transit Station Secondary Plan PLOPA2O160108 be received for information and that a recommendation report be prepared upon receipt of all agency and public comments.

Planning Committee February 28,2018 3 For the reasons outlined in PL 18-13 it is hereby recommended 1. That the modifications to Draft Plan of Subdivision PLSUB2015AA42 by Agriber Ontario lnc., to permit lands to be conveyed to the Town for parkland purposes, BE APPROVED in accordance with the plan outlined in Appendix B, subject to the revised conditions outlined in Appendix C; 2. That the park block be rezoned to an Open Space (OS) Zone; and 3. That the subdivision agreement includes provisions which require the owner to develop the Cherry Heights Extension park at their expense and to the satisfaction of the Town; and that the owner's cash in lieu payment be directed to future improvements in Ashby Park.
