Receive Report PD-18-20 regarding Bill 197 Covid-19 Economic Recovery Act.

Under section 239 of the MunicipalAct, notice is hereby given, Committee of the Whole 3 August 31,2020 THAT Council adjourn to closed session in order to address Pursuant to the Municipal Act, Section 239 (2) (f): Advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; as it pertains to Blezard Drive.

THAT Council resume into open session

That Council receive for information a verbal update by Legal Counsel as it pertains to Blezard Drive; and That the CAO and Town Solicitor proceed as directed by Council in closed session.

Receive and file the Report PW-15-20 for the purchase of Two single axle dump/plow trucks and One Tandem axle dump/plow truck. Approve the contract award for the purchase of Two single axle dump/plow trucks and One Tandem axle dump/plow truck tender to Metro Freightliner for the amount of $968,998.00 + HST; and Approve the Mayor and Town Clerk to sign and seal the contract documents on behalf of the municipality.

Receive and file the Report PW-09-20 for the Tile Drainage Loan Application Approve Ridgeview Orchards Ltd. tile drainage loan in the amount of $50,000.00 for works at #4531 Maplegrove Road legally described as Con. 2, Pt. Lot 6 in accordance with the Town of Lincoln Tile Drainage Loan Program Policy.
