Municipal Heritage Committee

Approve the minutes of the Municipal Heritage Citizen Advisory Committee from November 12, 2020.

That the Municipal Heritage Citizen Advisory Committee recommends that the following details be considered at the site plan stage for this proposed development: A) That a Buffering Plan be developed and implemented for the mutual property line to screen the new townhouses from the Woodburn Cottage property and King Street B) That it is expected that the conceptual architectural details identified in the new renderings for the proposed development be implemented through the site plan and building permit process including: Angled brick voussiours, real muntin bars, traditional brick size and colour, and stone windowsills. C) That the designation by-law for Woodburn cottage be reviewed to ensure that all significant heritage attributes of the property are considered. D) Recommend that a holding provision be placed on the land until the site plan be approved E) And that the site plan be circulated to the Committee.

Approve the updates to the 2021 workplan as amended.

Receive and file letter from Town Clerk regarding request for consideration of amendment to Bill 108 re: The Ontario Heritage Act.

Receive and file as information Community Heritage Ontario Quarterly Publication for 2020.

That Bennett Hall be included on the Town of Lincoln Municipal Heritage Register.
