LOCATION OF SUBJECT LAND: The subject lands are located at 4048 Ashby Drive, being Lot 15, 30M- 357, in the Town of Lincoln. PURPOSE OF APPLICATION: To permit a maximum lot coverage for all buildings/structures of 46% of the total lot area to accommodate the construction of a single detached dwelling, covered porch and shed. That Application PLV4R20150111 in the name of Mountainview Homes BE APPROVED for the reasons that the variance is minor in nature, desirable for the appropriate development of the lands and maintains the purpose and intent of the Town's Official Plan and Zoning By-law. DECISION GRANTED
