THAT Report PW 18-11 Konkle Creek Naturalization Phase 1 Project Tender Results be received as information; AND THAT Council award the contract for the Konkle Creek Naturalization Phase 1 Project for the tender amount of $1,373,808.00 (excluding HST) to Seawaves Development Services lnc; FURTHER THAT the firm of GHD be retained to provide to provide contract inspection and testing services at a cost of $52,254.00. (excluding HST); AND THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign and seal the contract documents on behalf of the municipality.
