PURPOSE OF APPLICATION: To permit the following variances from the General Commercial (GC) Zone for the constructidn of a gas station: o To permit a reduced parking aisle width of 6.3 metres, whereas 6.7 metres is required; and a To Rerrlit a 2.5 metre rear yard landscape strip, whereas 3.0 metres is required. That appliiation PLVAR2O190152 in the name of 2398804 Ontario lnc. BE APPROVED for the reasons that the Committee considered the written and oral comments and agrees with the minor variance report analysis and recommendation that the variance is minor in nature, desirable for the appropriate development of the lands and maintains the purpose and intent of the Town's Official Plan and Zoning By-law.
