THAT the presentation be received.

THAT Report PW 18-19, Detailed Design of Jordan Village lmprovements - Project Award be received as information. AND THAT Council award the contract for consulting services for the Detailed Design of the Jordan Village lmprovements project to lBl Group for the amount of $1 97,250.00 (excluding HST). AND THAT the full costs of Jordan Village lmprovement detailed design (Phase ll) be APPROVED and funded as outlined in the Financial section. Infrastructure Committee 2 July 1 1,2018 AND THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign and sealthe contract documents on behalf of the Municipality.

THAT Contract No. 2-4-431057-33150, Vineland West Private Water System Watermain Upgrade Project Tender Results be received as information. A ID THAT Council award the contract for the Vineland West Private Water System Watermain Upgrade Project for the tender amount of $857,030.00 (excluding HST) to A. Van Egmond Construction. A ID THAT that the firm of Cole Engineering Ltd. (COLE) be retained to provide contract administration and full-time inspection services at a cost of $53,670.00 (excluding HST). AND THAT Council approve the transfer of $320,909.00 from the Water Reserves. At{D THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign and sealthe contract documents on behalf of the municipality.
