THAT the minutes of the Public Meeting of May 11, 201b, regarding: (a) 1650607 Ontario Ltd., zoning by-law amendment application, (b) 1071025 Ontario lnc., temporary use extension application, (c) Parkbridge Lifestyle communities, zoning by-law amendment application, be received.

Regular Council 3 May 19,2015 THAT the minutes of the Economic Development and Planning Committee meeting of May 11,2015, be adopted and the recommendations contained therein be approved and acted upon.

THAT the minutes of the lnfrastructure Committee meeting of May 13, 2015, be adopted, and the recommendations contained therein be approved and acted upon.

THAT Council has considered the requirements of Paragraph 17 of Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, and concludes that no further notice of public meeting is required in the matter of the following proposed amendments to Zoning By-law No. 93-14- 21: (a) No. 2015-34-2461, To amend Zoning By-law No. 93-14-21, as amended, of the Town of Lincoln (1528149 Ontario lnc.). (b) No. 201 5-35-2462, To amend Zoning By-law No. 93-1 4-21, as amended, of the Town of Lincoln (Town of Lincoln).

THAT leave be given to introduce the following by-laws: (a) No. 201 5-34-2461, To amend Zoning By-law No. 93-14-21, as amended, of the Town of Lincoln (1528149 Ontario lnc.). (b) No. 201 5-35-2462, To amend Zoning By-law No. 93-1 4-21, as amended, of the Town of Lincoln (Town of Lincoln). (c) No. 2015-36, To authorize the appointment of an Acting Chief Administrative Officer for the Town of Lincoln. (d) No. 2015-37, To authorize a site plan agreement with Hopcan Ltd., and to discharge the terms and conditions of site plan agreements executed under By-law No. 89-123 (89629 Ontario lnc.) and By-law No. 90-48 (Hygiene Technik Canada Ltd.). (e) No. 2015-38, To authorize a site plan agreement with Timbereno Holdings lnc. (f) No.2015-39, To amend By-law No. 89-2000, being a By-law regulating traffic and parking on local municipalroads.

THAT By-law Nos. 201 5-34-2461,2015-35-2462,2015-36, 201 5-37,2015-38 and 2015-39, read a first time, be now read a second and third time and finally passed, and that the Mayor and Clerk sign and seal the said by-laws.

THAT Council adjourn to closed session in order to address labour relations or employee negotiations (a matter pertaining to CAO recruitment).

THAT Council resume in open session.
