THAT Report CS 15-17, regarding a Procedure By-lawAmendment, be received as information; AND'|HAT Procedure By-law No,2015-25 be amended as outlined in Repont CS 15- 17 and the arnendment be presented to Council for ratification.

THAT Reporl CS 15-19, regarding a Property Standards By-law Review be received as information; AND THAT staff be directed to return an updated Property Standards By-law to the September meeting of the Finance and Administration Committee for review and consideration.

THAT Report CS 15-20 regarding a Municipal Legislation Review be received as information.

THAT the Town of Lincoln Public Library Board minutes of February '10 and March 17,2015, be received.

THAT staff produce a report outlining our current rules on burn permits, with an emphasis on urban areas; and fuñher provide information on how other municipalities in Niagara handle these situations.

THAT Committee adjourn to closed session in order to address personal matters about an identifìable individual, including municipal or local board employees (a matter pertaining to a municipal by-law enforcement complaint).
