That Committee extend the speaking time regarding the External Audit Plan for the Fiscal Year Ended December 31, 2024, until completed.

That Committee approve the external audit plan for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024, as presented by Deloitte.

That Committee receive and file Report EDC-02-25 and associated presentation regarding Corporate Communications and Public Engagement Update, and Communications Highlights 2024 attached as Appendix A.

That Committee receive and file Report EDC-03-25 and associated presentation regarding Communicating with the Community in a Changing Media Landscape.

That Committee receive and file for information, Report LS-01-25 regarding the 2026 Municipal and School Board Election Alternative Voting Methods; and That Committee recommends the approval of the following voting methods for the 2026 Municipal and School Board Election:  Paper Ballots with Tabulators (Traditional) (available during specified advance voting and election day); and  Internet Voting (available during specified advance voting only) That Committee directs the Town Clerk to bring forward the necessary by-law to Council to establish alternative voting methods and to permit advance voting as per the Municipal Election Act, 1996; and That Committee authorize the Town Clerk to proceed in a Joint Municipal RFP process with interested local area municipalities for an election voting method and equipment for the 2026 Municipal and School Board Election.

That Committee receive and file Report FN-02-25 regarding 2024 Building Permit Fee Annual Report - Financials.

That Committee receive and file Report EDC-01-25 and associated presentation regarding the Lincoln Museum and Cultural Centre - 2024 Annual Report, attached as Appendix A.
