WHEREAS the Town of Lincoln Public Library has historically been on separate capital systems for l.T. and other like systems; AND WHEREAS there are opportunities for collaboration and cross-institutional efficiencies; AND WHEREAS the Library is closely integrated with the Town of Lincoln through the Senior Management Team and facilities; NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that the Chief Administrative Officer for the Town of Lincoln be directed to undertake a full report and analysis on potential synergies, collaborations and system integrations with the goal of efficiencies of service and expenditures.
