That Report PW 18-13, Service Line Warranties - Warranty Program for Water and Sewer Service Connections be received as information; and That the firm of Service Line Warranties be retained to market to and provide optional private buried water and sewer infrastructure warranty coverage to the residents of Lincoln; and That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign and seal the contract documents on behalf of the municipality.

That staff be instructed to complete the land transfer of Part 2 in the Reference Plan in Appendix A, so that the given road allowance within the subject lands at 4662 Sandy Cove Road be conveyed to the Town, as per the information included in this report. That the Town pay the total cost of legal fees and surveyor work requiring to complete the land transfer, amounting to $8,481.
