THAT Report AD 15-06, "Future Focus Corporate Work Plan, 2014-2018" be received as information; THAT the content of the "Future Focus Corporate Work Plan, 2014-2018" be approved as presented in Attachment 1 to this repod; AND THAT Council directs the Chief Administrative Officer to report back to Council at every Regular Council Business Planning meeting as a Standing ltem on the agenda, on the progress of the "Future Focus Corporate Work Plan 20'1 4-2018'.

THAT Reporl FD 15-15 regarding Fire Master Plan lmplementation, be approved in principle; AND I-HAT an effective and efficient Volunteer Fire Protection Model for the Town of Lincoln be approved in accordance with Council's "permanent small town" strategy and the by-law to establish a fire department for the Town be updated and revised accordingly; AND THAT the proposed Fire Department Organizational Chart be approved as set out in Attachment No. 1 of Report FD 15-15; AND THAT the hiring of a Fire lnspector/Public Educator be considered cluring the 2016 Budget Deliberations in orderto provide mandated publicfire safety education and fire inspection services.
