THAT Report PW 17-04,2017 Capilal Road Resurfacing and Rehabilitation Program Tender Results be received as information. I nfrastructure Com mittee 2 March 8,2017 AND THAT Council award the 2017 Capital Road Resurfacing Rehabilitation Program to Norjohn Contracting Ltd. for the tender amount of $1,255,811.25 (HST excluded). ) AND THAT Council award tender with additional Provisional Road A - Konkle Road and B - Zimmermann Road resulting in an estimated budget overage of $111,333.50. AND THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign and seal the contract documents on behalf of the municipality.
