1 THAT PW 16-08, Request to lnstall lrrigation Piping in Municipal Road Allowance - Tigchelaar Berry Farms lnc. be received as information. 2 AND THAT Council approve a request by Tigchelaar Berry Farms lnc. to install irrigation piping within the municipal road allowance of Thirteenth Street. 3 AND THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the necessary agreement on behalf of the Corporation once the following conditions have been fulfilled by Tigchelaar Berry Farms lnc.: a. Obtain written Ministry of Environment approval b. Obtain written Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority approval c. Obtain adjacent landowner waivers d. Obtain written land owner approval complete with indemnification for the Town e. Payment of application and other fees to the Town.

1 ln relation to Report PW 16-05, Table 1.0, page 10, forthe roads identified where speeding may be a concern; that Committee direct staff to contact Niagara Regional Police Services for the purpose of monitoring speeds, through whatever means appropriate, as outlined in the table.

1 THAT Report PW 16-06 Options for Reducing Speed Limits in Urban Areas be received as information. 2. AND THAT Council direct staff to proceed with next steps as outlined in this report for Option 2 - Targeted Speed Reiduç¡¡srt with added criteria. ,'-) 3. AND THAT the Senior Management Team come back to Committee with a strategy on communication and public consultation.

I THAT Staff be directed to include an additional set of temporary speed signs in the 2016 request for quotations.
