THAT the minutes of the December 15,2014, Regular Meeting of Council, including the confidential addendum thereto, be adopted as circulated.

THAT the correspondence dated December 23,2014, from the Lincoln Minor Hockey Association thanking Council for reimbursing costs associated with the rental of Town facilities for fundraising events be received as information.

THAT the minutes of the Corporate Priorities Committee meeting of December 17, 2014, be adopted and the recommendations contained therein be approved and acted upon.

THAT Report AD 15-01, "Future Focus Corporate Plan, 201 4 - 2018" be received as information; AND THAT the content of the "Future Focus Corporate Plan, 201 4 - 2018" be approved as presented in attachment #1 to this report; AND THAT Council directs the Chief Administrative Officer to proceed with production of the "Future Focus Corporate Plan,2014 - 2018'.

THAT the standing committee system of governance for the 201 4-2018 term of Council be established as follows: Council Business Plannino (Committee of the Whole) . Comprised of all Members of Council . Portfolio includes: Regular Council January 5,2015 o Corporate and cross jurisdictional items of business requiring substantive discussion. . Meets as required and/or the Sth Monday of any month at 7:00 pm. Communitv Services Committee a Comprised of the Mayor and 4 Members of Council Portfolio includes: o Community programming, o Museum administration and operations, o Cemetery Operations, o Arenas, parks and trails, o Facilities Management; o Heritage Committee. a Meets on the 1st Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm Economic Development & Planninq Committee . Comprised of the Mayor and 4 Members of Council . Porlfolio includes: o Economic Development o Planning and Building services, o New infrastructure design and related engineering . Meets on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 pm and, if required, on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 Pm. Finance and Administration Committee . Comprised of the Mayor and 4 Members of Council . Portfolio includes: o Financial matters, o Human Resource matters, o New policy development, o Budget review, o Corporate planning and reporting, o lntergovernmental policy and development, o Fire and emergency services administration, o Policing. . THAT the following Councillors be appointed to the Ad-Hoc lnterview Committee 5 Regular Council January 5, 2015 R. Foster (Chair) D. Rintjema W. MacMillan L. Timmers T. Brunet.

THAT Town of Lincoln By-law No. 04-22, being a By-law to establish a Municipal Heritage Committee and provide for the appointment of members thereto, be amended to providó that the Municipal Heritage Committee shall be comprised of not fewer than five (5) members and not great than ten (10) members, two (2) of whom shall be Members of Council; AND THAT, once so amended, the following Members of Council be appointed to the Town of Lincoln Municipal Heritage Committee: L. Timmers W. MacMillan

THAT Town of Lincoln By-law No. 07-09 being a by-law to establish a Committee of Adjustment for the Town of Lincoln and Prescribe Procedures for Governing the Calling, Place and Proceedings of the Committee Meetings be amended to reflect four (4) members of Council appointed by Council from time to time and three (3) members of the public who shall hold office for the term of the Council; Regular Council 6 January 5,2015 AND THAT the following Councillors be appointed for the period December 1,2014 to December 31, 2016: L. Timmers (Chair) R. Foster D. Rintjema D. Thompson; AND THAT the following Councillors be appointed for the period January 1,2017 to November 30, 2018: P. MacPherson (Chair) R. Foster D. Rintjema D. THAT leave be given to introduce the following by-law: (a) No. 2015-01, To authorize execution of a site plan agreement with Cornelia Catharina Van lperen and Gary Van lperen.

THAT leave be given to introduce the following by-law: No. 2015-02, To adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by Council resolution.
