That Report No. CS 17-12 regarding the Town of Lincoln 2018-2}22Multi-Year Accessibility Plan be received; That the draft Multi-Year Accessibility Plan developed for the Town of Lincoln by the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee for Lincoln, West Lincoln, Pelham, Thorold, Niagara- on-the-Lake and Grimsby be adopted; and That the Town continue to parlicipate as a member of the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee in 2018 and 2019 at an annual cost of $10,000, in co-operation with the municipalities of Grimsby, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Pelham, Thorold and West Lincoln subject to Budget deliberations.
