Under section 239 of the Municipal Act, notice is hereby given that Council adjourn to closed session in order to address item 5.1 as follows: Pursuant to the Municipal Act, Section 239 (3.1) for the purpose of educating or training the newly elected Council as it pertains to effective communications in municipal government and the use of strategic communications for Council and staff.
