Receive and file presentation regarding the Library Board update and 2019 workplan.

Approve the request by Cave Springs Camp lnc. for a refund of the building permit fee paid in the amount of $8,512.00 and that the refund be funded from the Operating Rate Stabilization Fund.

Receive and file the asset management update, as outlined in appendix A of report FN-10-19.

Approve the transfer of the Municipal Modernization Funds to establish a Tech nology Modern i zation Reserve ; Approve the GIS lmplementation Project as outlined below, to be funded from the Technology Modernization Reserve; Approve the Records Management lnventory Plan as outlined below, to be funded from the Technology Modernization Reserve; and Approve the Online Customer Service Enhancements as outlined below, to be funded from the Technology Modernization Reserve.

Approve the transfer of the 2019 Federal Gas Tax One-time Funding to the Gas Tax Reserve Fund; and Approve funding from the Gas Tax Reserve Fund for gateway and wayfinding signage as a result of the Tourism Strategy; and {PProve funding from the Gas Tax Reserve Fund for the Asset Management Capacity Building Program.
