That given the extenuating circumstances of the COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus), that Town of Lincoln Council WAIVE the notice requirements for amendments to the Town of Lincoln's Procedural By-law 2019-121, as amended; That the amendments to Lincoln's Procedural By-law 2019-121, as amended, as outlined in Appendix A to Report LS-04-20 to facilitate electronic participation during the COV|Dl9 (Novel Coronavirus) Pandemic, BE APPROVED; and That the necessary by-law BE PRESENTED immediately to Council for consideration.
