That Council approve the Citizen Advisory Committee Review report LS-02- 19; and That Council approve the Citizen Advisory Committee Review report LS-02-1g; and Approve the Terms of Reference's attached as Appendix B and Appendix C for the establishment of the Active Transportation Advisory Committee and Age-Friendly Advisory Committee; and Approve the Citizen Committee Guide attached as Appendix D; and Direct the Town Clerk to begin advertising for citizen advisory member vacancies for the Active Transportation Advisory Committee and Age-Friendly Advisory Committee; and Amend report LS-02-19 to include a request to increase the Active Transportation G-ommittee budget from $2,500 to include an additional gS,000 for a total of $7,500; and (AMENDED) Amend report LS-02-19 to include that two Members of Council be appointed to the Age Friendly Committee, and that two Members of Gouncil be appointed to the Active Transportation Gommittee; and (AMENDED) That Gouncil appoint Councillor MacPherson and Councillor Timmers to the Age Friendly Committee, and appoint Counciltor Russell and Gouncillor Pachereva to the Active Transportation committee; and Authorize the Town Clerk to implement the recommendations and the level of service provided to Citizen Advisory Committees as outlined in amended report LS- 02-19.
