Planning & Economic Development Committee 8 June 10, 2019 That the agreement be finalized subject to (a) Final approval of the engineering plans by Development Engineering Staff and all applicable agencies; (b) Final approval of the engineering estimates by Development Engineering Staff to reflect the final engineering plans; and (c) Review of the agreement by Town Departments and the Town Solicitor.
