Under section 239 of the Municipal Act, notice is hereby given that Council adjourn to closed session in order to address item 5.1 as follows: Pursuant to the Municipal Act, Section 239 (3.1) for the purpose of educating or training the newly elected Council as it pertains to Council Priorities Workshop.
