That Council receive and file as information correspondence from Mario and Vincenzo Ranucci with respect to Report PD-07-20 Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment Applications by 2708158 Ontario lnc.

Council approve Official Plan Amendment Application PLOPA2019094 and Zoning By-law Amendment Application PL28A20190195 in the name of 2708158 Ontario lncorporated subject to the following conditions: (a) That the applicant enters into a Development Agreement with the Town to ensure that the landscaping and other elements of the proposed development are implemented to the satisfaction of the Town; and (b) That the applicant removes the existing carport on the south side of the existing single detached dwelling; and (c) That the applicant obtains a change of use permit from the Building Department; and (d) That prior to obtaining a change of use permit, the applicant has fulfilled all the conditions in the Development Agreement.
