Council Receive Zoning By-law Amendment Application PLZATU201801 91 in the name of Richard & Shawn Watson for information and that a recommendation report be prepared once all comments have been received and issues have been addressed.

Council Approve Zoning By-law Amendment Application P12BA20180173 in the name of Kendall Stone. Council Enact and Pass Zoning By-law XX attached as Appendix B of Planning and Development Department report PD-18-19 to amend the zoning regulations for lands legally described as part of Lot 22, Con.3, being part 3 of plan 30R-5546; Council Deem that Zoning By-law XX conforms to the Official Plan for the Town of Lincoln.

Council Approve Draft Plan of Subdivision application PLSU820180053 in the name of Miljan Bros. lnc. in accordance with the plan outlined in Appendix A and in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act and regulations thereunder, subject to the conditions outlined in Appendix B. Council Direct that all parties be advised of Council's decision on the Draft Plan of Subdivision application in accordance with Provincial Regulations. Council Direct that the Director of Planning and Development be authorized to endorse the modified Draft Plan as 'approved'twenty days after notice of Council's decision has been given, provided that no appeals against the decision have been lodged. Council Direct that the applicant be advised that draft approval of the plan will lapse three years from the date of draft approval unless Town Council grants an extension of the approval period. lf an extension is requested, an updated review and revisions to the conditions of draft approval may be necessary at that time.

Council Receive all status sheets relating to all active residential developments in the Town up to December 30,2018.

Council Approve Zoning By-law Amendment Application PLZBA2O180178 in the name of Eileen Hunter-Cook. Council Enact and Pass Zoning By-law XX attached as Appendix B of Planning and Devefopment Department report PD-21-19 to amend the zoning regulations for lands at 4329 Ontario Street; Council Deem that Zoning By-law XX conforms to the Official Plan for the Town of Lincoln.

Council Approve a new Private Property Parking By-law outlined in Appendix A and amendment to the Administrative Monetary Penalty System (AMPS)'By-Law outlined in Appendix B.

1. THAT Report AD-05-19, Tourism Strategy and Action Plan, Gateways Design, and Wayfinding Signage Design and Program - Project Award be received as information. 2. AND THAT Council award the contract for the Town of Lincoln Tourism Strategy and Action Plan, Gateways Design, and Wayfinding Signage Design and Program to wave Front Planning and Design/The Tourism company for the amount of $gg,+s0 (plus HST). 3. AND THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign and seal the contract documents on behalf of the Municipality.
